يشمل الاستبدال والاسترجاع جميع المنتجات باستثناء الأجهزة الالكترونية, وتلك وفقا للحالات التالية 

 يتم الاستبدال خلال أسبوع من تاريخ الشراء 

يتم الاسترجاع خلال اسبوع من تاريخ الشراء عبر رقم خدمة العملاء / 0569921986

 يتم ارجاع المنتج بتغليفه الأصلي بدون اي ضرر مع جميع ملحقاته 

يجب إحضار فاتورة الشراء الأصلية للمنتج 

 التركيبات والخدمات لا يمكن استردادها ولا يوجد ضمان عليه 

Exchange and return include all products except electronic devices ,  according to the following cases 

Exchange takes place within a week from the date of purchase 

Return takes place within a week from the date of purchase via WhatsApp customer service number / 0569921986

Product must be returned in its original packaging without any damage and with all its accessories 

Customer should bring the original purchase invoice for the product 

Installations and services , can not be returned and there is no guarantee on it
